A list of new weaps.

After giving it some thought, I have come up with a list of new weapons that will change PR, most of them napalm-based :25_flamer

Weapons:

1. Flamethrower (pretty obvious)
2. Mortar (also pretty obvious. might have to be a stationary weapo and
require a crew of 2)
3. Javeline Missile System (might be a "no," but it would be cool)

Vehicles:

1. Some form of airial bomber (B-2, B-52, etc.)
2. Napalm tanks (machine guns replaced with flamethrowers)
3. ATVs (one driver, maybe one guy riding in the back who can fire his weap like in screens from Halo 3)

Projectiles:

1. Incendiary bombs (for mortar, bombers, artillery, etc.)
2. High-explosive round for the M98 (not sure how your gonna make that work but again it would be sweet)

Well that's about all I got for now, if I forgot anything I'll edit. Thanks for any feedback and I hope maybe some of these suggestions will make it into 0.6 or some other future version of PR.

Because we all know that marines in Iraq go around torching villages with flamethrowers...

lol i c ur point but part of the game takes place in China, a country that's practically high on napalm (not meaning to be offensive or racist or anything)

Would be cool....but....

hehe

I dont see any US or European force using a flame thrower, personal or vehicle mounted.

Maybe some of the new "BIG****INGMAPS" could support a bomber

All in all I don't think any of those things would have a place in this mod.

The Mortar and Javeline would probably work for this mod. We alrdy have a heavy AT.....though....

Maybe I'm wrong. but last I checked most Militaries don't use Flame Based weapons other then Napalm Bombs. I may stand corrected.

1. No, against geneva convention and downright unrealistic. This is project REALITY.
2. Suggested atleast a million and a half times.
3. I've been wanting this for a while but is kind of a repeat of .4 with the SRAWs taking out collums of tanks before they can fire back.

1. Don't bet your life on it.
2. NO!!!! Friggen pyro! This isn't NOD for god sake.
3. When was the last time the marines drove around basra in ATVs?

1. So, the current bombs arn't strong enough for you and there just isn't enough server lag? I guess I see your point.
2. I don't see how this would be worth the effort to code for just one hidden pickup weapon. As far as I know, the only 50 cal incindiary rounds are for AP purposes.

Yes, the glass is always half empty for me.

Hands down on the the napalm and flamethrower. Its against the Geneva convention as its inhumane. And the US dare not break the riles or geneva Convention

the U.S. was one of the only (if not the only) who did not sign to never use napalm against civilian populations.

while it is true that the US did not sign all of the Geneva convention (I think), they still wont break it.
Plus a MG, grenade Launcher or HE round is more effective (less Dangerous to operator)

1. No, against Geneva Covention
2. Planned for future
3. "Too overpowered"

1. No map is big enough, nor would it be able to be implemented in any sort of realism
2. Are you kidding me?
3.Already in game

1. Pyros Anonymous... Looking for the Pyro inside you!
2. Not sure what M98 is...

But seriously, Napalm/Flamethrowers/WP is illegal to use against humans IIRC according to various treaties, etc. although there were accusations of White Phosphorus during the Fallujah campaigns.

hell, this is PROJECT REALITY , javalines are used IN REAL LIFE , and since it 11 kg , a single soldier can carry ONLY one missil (pr will to tha same) so isnt overpawered , since it only can destryo ONE tank .

and btw t90s have shtora-1 and ARENA , both can defead a javaline , i really want that for pr .

Bunny, all of these have been suggested before, and most of them are never going to happen. Please do a search next time.

The export versions of the T90, which also have not been purchased in the ME, are not equipped with active defense systems. Also, please use spellcheck.
