List of issued kits?

Im sure some of this has been covered, but it seemed impossible to find... maybe i search the wrong topics... or there were too too many..

1. Could we get like, a list of currently issued weapons to show up in the full screen map? or something... it gets annoying having to request to see if its there, then as you move down to something else, you eventually get blocked for 30 seconds... not a BIG deal, but still, even still... it ould be nice to know what weapons are issued... it would help cut down on the huge string of text at the top of people being offered lemonades and whiskeys...

Perhaps the QM should just print messages at the top at regular intervals, like HQ, even if nobody requests anything. As in:

** QM ** AA[1/2] SNP[1/1] MRK[2/2] HAT[2/2] SUP[2/4]

(yay for colors :P )

that should be possible and would give you more overview, than we just need icons for each class (because it is anoying not to see what kits your squadmates have

the thing is, IMHO, there are TOO many messages from the quartermaster as it is... yeah, i guess that idea(posting by the quartermasteron the top) would cut down on people spamming for things and stuff, but i think the posted pic is a GREAT idea. (i was thinking a list for the big map, or thescoreboard or something, but thats in an even better place)
could you do that?
like, where you have the text, place a code to insert the number of used kits? or would that Text field be text only and not code.

in all honesty, id love for ALL non user inputted text to be removed and other places found for them to be shown...

How about the QM only prints messages to the player requesting the kit?
Or a sound message. I schould be possible as the tutorial voice plays for a single player, and must be triggered by something.
Aswell could the "capture xxx, defend xxx" be in voice.

since the *** will not use the chat in .6 iff i am right, with this QM news there will sill be less spam than now

That picture is perfect for this idea, love it. The fact that it is eligant in its simplicity means it probably can't be done in BF2 ;)

Sorry to go off topic but if they remove the messages for AAS is there going to be any indication as to which flag to cap next? The current maps I know pretty well but the new maps and tweaks to existing maps will have me lost.

Ha, yeah... anything that seems simple and beneficial is probably hardcoded in bf2...

this is only a guess... but i would imagine they will put the color coded circles (for lack of a better term) on the caps lock map... so it is up to you to check and see... maybe...
or maybe the text weill be displayed there... i dont know, but really, anything to clear it up will be approved by me : )

Yeah, taking out the objective indicator isn't very fair to new players.
