Spotter kit/Sniper teams +2 other suggestions

Actual sniper teams have a sniper, and a spotter. People always complain about how the sniper kit has barley any ammo. Well I suggest a spotter kit/class. For those of you that don't know what a spotter is he's some guy that helps the sniper out with his shots, picks his targets, etc. He should get an m16, guile suit that the sniper wears, ammo resupply, and binoculars. And he should be in the same squad as the sniper he's spotting for. Well what do you think?
Also, I think that special forces kit should get a guile suit to. Snipers aren't the only ones that use em'.
One more. Grass distance should be greatly increased. You feel safe crawling around in tall grass, but the guy across the river on the other team sees a moron crawling around on the ground in plain sight.. so yeah.

I always hide in bushes if I'm gonna camp stuff, grass is useless in BF2.
I also would like to see sniper teams. I think it could be done as suggested before for other classes, squad leader gets the officer kit which in this case would either be the spotter or sniper (you can only get the sniper team officer kit if there is 1 more person in you squad, no more and no less ?) and the spotter/sniper kit becomes available to the squad member.

While the rifleman kit will now come with binoculars and already has the ammo bags. That might help. The range finding binocs though would be a better suit for the spotter, especially with the new view distance changes. Perhaps if the officer kit came with one ammo bag to act as the spotter.
As for the grass it is a limitation of the BF2 engine. I know that one of the Devs said they are working on some tweak with grass at distance, can't remember exactly what. However if the grass drew full distance all the time I think we would all need 8800GTX in SLI to run this game

I like the idea of a spotter kit. It would def. need a SOFLAM and ammo bags, but would not be overplayed because the only thing that it has over the Rifleman kit is the SOFLAM instead of binocs.

Sounds good. Even though the ghillie suits don't draw at a distance, it still makes sense that a spotter should have one as well. In order to prevent people from taking spotter instead of rifleman for close combat, don't give the spotter any armor.

yeah maybe give the spotter a silenced SMG, pistol, soflam and some smokes

All good ideas lads... Maybe give the spotter a
Spotter Scope Which has range finding .
Like this
United States Marine Corps Scout Snipers + Royal Marine Commandos Snipers

The Ghillie suits is great idea for the British SNIPER/SPOTTER.
And Please more SNIPER kits!!!!

A spotter / sniper team observer kit has been suggested before. Please use search. Since it doesn't add much to gameplay (its role to adjust precision rifle fire cannot be simulated in this engine) it will not be included. A rifleman, grenadier or special operations kit will be able to provide security for a sniper just as well.
