Hi.

As you may know, I'm one of the guys working on a Taiwanese military faction for PR. My responsibility is weapon modelling. I've modeled two guns so far (using Gmax and 3ds Max), but my time is limited and we need someone to texture/skin these guns. I don't know how to do it, and I don't really have the time to learn it these days.

So I'm looking for someone willing to help out. Is there anyone here who can texture/skin Gmax/3ds Max models (one of each, in fact)?

How much time do you have? I'm trying to learn right now...

To get them finished? Not really sure. Just know that I don't have the spare time to learn it alongside my other projects... Want to get them done ASAP, to be honest. They need to be imported and tweaked as well...

I think the issue has sorted itself out (thanks, GeZe!), so I don't need the help after all. Thanks to those who offered help!

May I ask:
What is so special with the Taiwanese military faction to make it worth the effort?
I mean.. is there a big differce to the Chinese

The Taiwanese got alot of stuff from the US. But I think it is for a new map they are making?

Yep. Also, they've got some different uniforms, some different vehicles (Like the Mirage 2000D (I think that's the name)) and some new weapons (like the Glock 17). Also, it's a realistic faction to have, because any conflict with China is sure to involve Taiwan.

Insted of doing a Taiwanese faction you should of done a Norwegian Swedish or Russian faction instead id much rather see them in game than Taiwan.

The Norwegians'? G3s, mostly.

We aren't going to see Taiwan in an official PR release, those guys are no PR-DEVs, so let them do whatever they want.
It doesnt affect you.
