I know that 0.6 will have Daqing Oilfields but will we be seeing more vBF2 maps converted into PR for a future version? I particularly want to see more of the USMC vs PLA maps from vBF2. Some of the maps I want to see converted include Dalian Plant, Dragon Valley, and FuShe Pass. I think these maps have potential to be great maps for a future version of PR. Dragon Valley and FuShe Pass are big maps, so I think combined arms battles will be used and view distance can be increased too.

Dalian Plant

This map reminds me of Jabal. Can it possibly play out like it? Just have Blackhawks, Littlebirds and APCs as transportation for USMC. Only problem I see is the use of rally points not being able to be placed because the flags seem close together...

Dragon Valley

This map is big. Combined arms battle might be nice on this map.

FuShe Pass

Another big map. Again combined arms battle on this map.

The only I concern I have is air power, because if any of these maps were worked on for 64players ( or more if it ever happens ^^ ) jets wouldn't fit in.

Otherwise, I Loved those maps, especially combined arms on dragon valley, the only map I really sorely hated was dalian plant.... I mean it reminds me of muttrah because of the carrier, only problem is the jet/tanks from chinese always mauling people in vanilla.. bad memories...

Fushe Pass w/out jets, and Dragon Valley w/out jets are my personal FAVORITES when I used to squad up on the old versions of PR when those maps were hosted.

The only reason Daqing is in is because along with Zatar it is the biggest map so useful for jets - Daqing won't stay imo and won't be played either in 0.6.

Zatar Wetlands I would love to see stay as the classic map (hated in BF2 by the attention deficit disorder fraggers, loved in PRM for the size and prettiness as well as the tactical options), but there isn't any other stock BF2 maps that deserve to stay in PR long term.

to be honoust.. i dont like the vBf2 maps... only like Wake ( lol ) and Kubra (snipin ftw)

Wake and Oman where the only ones I liked.

Will Zatar be WAC (Wide area combat?) like Oman?
