Weapon Jamming?

Is it possible to accurately replicate weapon jamming? That way weapon reliability can be implemented into the game. Of course, there should be a way to fix jammed weapons too. And it shouldn't happen to often, since I don't think weapons usually jam.

If this has already been discussed, sorry--I searched "jam" and came up with nothing.

"jam" is too short. Search is picky :p
