Just a curiosity… what the hell do you get Support points for??

In over a year of playing PR I have 3 support points.
(I feel like shouting at myself..."My Grandmother could do better..."

And as far as I’m aware I perform every task there is on the battlefield at some point or another. Anyone know what you get these for?

By using VOIP and shouting

"YOUUUUUU CAANNNNNN DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IIIIITTTT" and clapping.

There are other ways you can show your support, but your Squad mates will REALLY appreciate this. Honest.



As a real answer, I think this is an ABR issue. Like an issue with you not running ABR that much. You need to run it for the system to update your stats.

As I reported during .4 and .5, riflemen dont get points for ammo.
Engineers dont get points for repairing, too.

Well as i've been playing since early 0.3 days... i should have more than 3..lol

Gaz i'm a Colonel according to ABR!... but still a muppet... so should you get support points for giving out ammo? Anything else. (repairing is repair points, got some of them )

I'm playing since quite a long time too, and I got 1 support and 6 repair points...

Bosco, i've known for a long time that you dont get points for giving ammo. I asking what you do get support points for.. maybe its nothing since 0.3.

You should have gotten a medal for the support you gave me yesterday MadTommy ...

The only thing you got from me was a bullet in the head when you tried to help out... LMAO....

So we have an answer to your question now:

"you don't earn points, you get led"

For distributing ammo... but that doesnt work, which is known by the Devs

will this bug be fixed in 0.6? (ammo-bug)

I need to write this down... heh

If it can be fixed easily, its probally already done...
If it can't be fixed easily, its on the "to do list"
If it cant be fixed at ALL an alternative / screaming its hardcoded becomes a solution

In .6 will people finally get points for giving ammo/resupplying and repairs? I know that to most of you, points do not matter, but if there are points awarded for healing, reviving, and killing, there should be points awarded for ressuplying and repairing. It would also help me figure out the best places to leave ammo bags, because I would get more points everytime one was used up, and I would not always be left wondering if they went to good use or not.
