I was wondering if it would be at all possible to add an ability to drop supplies from Blackhawks ( and similar ). If you reduce the crate size or alter the graphic and reduce the quantity of supplies each drop has available, you could give each BH, 3 drops on the pilots right click. It seems more realistic that an air drop has to be done in game and sometimes under fire. It also reduces the frequency with which people throw themselves from a perfectly good aircraft, to watch it crash and burn. People will soon get bored with waiting for a supply run and watching some nob bail out of the chopper to cap a flag or take some new peice of eqipment that caught his/her eye. It also gives real Blackhawk pilots more options and responsabilities on the battlefield.

thats quite an interesting idea, perhaps we could develop it further?
I dont know the feasability of this, but perhaps - if the engine allows it - we had the transport helo's actually pick up and deliver the ammunition? ie, an underslung crate which had to be placed rather than dropped..
