Points for rifleman for re-supplying (giving) ammo

ok, i very hope this wasnt posted, because i searched all forum, google and didnt find anything about that.
Giving ammo is very important in the game, especially for the grenadiers or at kits. But why rifleman arent given any points for giving ammo ? because of that, people are not interested in giving ammo at all, you can shout until you turn blue, but they just keep running and ignoring you. Maybe awarding points, would give them some interest in sharing their ammo with teammates.
if there is some explanation for that, i sure am interested in hearing it.
