at first, sorry for my bad English.

Second, i´ve find the Time and have now a Internet Connection to play PRMM.

But, who has programmed this Helicopter Movement. I´ve flown a UH1- D at Flyingschool 3 Hours, so i can say i know a little about Helicopter Movement and especially there Acceleration. I´ve never saw a Chopper who will accelerate like an high tuned Motorbike to a Speed over 300 Km/h under 1.5 Seconds, over 600 Km/h in 2 Seconds and max. Speed over....ähm don´t know cause i tryed to pick my Nose from the rear Seat until i reached the End of the "World".
I hope you fix that.

Other question, i´ve playing PRMM 4 Hours. OK i am a Beginner, but i am a Veteran in playing Modern Warfare Simulations.
Is it possible that Multihack is working fine on this Mod?
I get a feeling it seems so. As Commander i saw some of my own Teamates, tracking on Enemy through Buildings, through Hill, stay at a Position to capture them and so on. Also i saw Enemy doing the same, but i cannot say if there Commander told them the Position of my Mates.

Now u can throw Stones at me.

I've yet to see any hackers, but since the community is really active, when there are they get banned really fast.

And for the choppers, I thinks it's a know issue.

100% correct =) They are out there but the admins catch 99% of them =D Here are a couple from the cheater database =D

Apparently, I spawned as Insurgent spammer instead of civilian, so no rocks

Anyway, the helicopter acceleration is a known issue, and it's being fixed (I hope).

I have an Av8r-01 and I might add that 5 seconds after I lift off, I go in a stall and crash. I now fly with that stick in TIE fighter and love how the empire gushes all over me for my skills.

Interesting, if i look on the First PB Screen i saw the Clantag =FSG=. I Know this one, it was one Reson of my Question but maybe i´m wrong.
Many magic Things will happen in Multiplayergaming.

I´ve played BF2 Standard a long Time ( now Major Genaral), currently with an Eye on PRMM. But with a 64kb Internet Connection was it impossible to play on English or Scandinavian Servers.
Now i have a 6 Mbit Connection and good Pings to Scandinavian Servers, but German IP´s are blocked.
Its a hard World, German Servers are Rare also German PRMM Players.
Can Somebody give me Servers where Germans are Welcome?
I want to play BF2 like the Way of real Man.

i THINK theres a server called 'thors brigade' that is in germany.

There was a while back anyway

Yeah, there more Servers in Germany Named "Thors Brigade", but only filled with max. 1 till 12 Player.....not enough for the full Gameplay of PRMM i think.
PRMM is to complicated for the most, u must be able to use ur Brain wisely if u wanna be successfull.
And u need more Time.
In BF2 Standard u can join a Server, Spawn and earning Points like the easy Way.

Er, Thors Brigade is usually full... At least it used to be over the past couple of weeks. Maybe now that .6OB is out people don't play there anymore.

As to choppers, I always felt like they're too damn sensitive in PR. A small push on the joystick sends the chopper moving as if it weighted nothing. Same with acceleration and deceleration - the thing stops on a dime.

Please don't rely on the ingame speed indicator.

With 0.6 its much better. Thanks to the Team, i like the Changes that coming with 0.6!

Now the Choppers are more "realistic"......a little bit easier to fly, so more N00bs will trying to fly them and crashing at Engine startup. But remember, we all where N00bs.


A few Questions i have:

1. AH64, Z-10, British/Chinese Transport Choppers having a Gear of Wheels. They can land with moderate forward Speed and rolling a little on the Ground till they stopped.
A UH60 also have Wheels, but if u land with a little forward Speed, the Lemmings on Board jumping out of the Chopper, putting the Chocks in front of the Wheels, releasing the anchor, which is fixed with a short Chain at the Nose and turning on the Brake, so the UH60 will dancing on his Nose. Why he can´t rolling on his Frontwheels???

2. AH1, AH64, Z-10, they all have the same Soundmodel, why???

3. On Zatar, the both A-10 cuddle in the Same Hangar. If u entered one, the other getting Damage.

4. The F-16 beginning to roll at a Engine Throttle of 25%, but it accelerate so fast, that u unable to maneuver it stable on the Ground. If u going to reverse Throttle it need too long to feel an Result.

5. OT: The new EAX Sound. I have a X-FI Extreme Gamer, at Version 0.5 i can hear Gunfire at far Distance, like in Reality, now the Gunfire is maybe 400 Meters away i hear it like the Enemy standing beside me. Before 0.6 i can hear the Sound coming from Behind and from lower Levels, or from the Right at high Level. Now i hear it coming from left, right, front or rear. I can hear a Chopper flying over my Head, now he´s coming from the front and changing to rear. Not a flying over Sound.
As Example, i standing on Sunset City at Mainbase PLA, i hear the Gunfire from Temple like it where 20 metres away.

Ive heard a few xfi users say that, it works ok with my onboard sound. Try adjusting sound settings, less might be more on this one.


Theres a seperate taxi speed for the planes? Try pressing W

And another Question:

The Battlefield Engine has a Flightsimulator Engine as Basic......is there a Chance that the HUD in Planes and Choppers displaying the Radar Altitude and not the Sea Level Altitude?

since a Year after the last Post i will revive this Thread.

I like the "feeling" and sensitvity in the current PR Version to handle a Chopper. But i think the Huey need a increasing of his Climbrate. It needs to long to climb on a higher Level if u wanna Fly the "Sarajevo Maneuver" and avoiding the Stinger Detection/ Lock.

For Maps like Al Burji, OMAN WAC and Zatar i miss a Chinook Chopper to transport a Truck from the Carrier to the Land, like the mobile Spawnpoint lifting in BF Nam.

The huey does climb very slowly but apparently the huey should really have a faster rate of climb then the blackhawk and a slower maximum speed, is that correct?
Overall in game I think the huey has more interesting flight dynamics then the blackhawk

The Huey where constructed and designed for the Vietnam War. It is a very "old" Chopper, having a few Improvements for the "New Army". It´s correct that the Huey is slower than the Blackhawk and the Agility is also a little lower. But he has a better Climbrate.
