Punkbuster and Vista 64

Recently upgraded my system to Vista 64 and have no issues running PR apart from the fact that punkbuster kicks me from any online server I wish to join.
I've tried running the game in XP service pack 2 mode but that doesn't seem to work either :-(

Anyone managed a work around or is there a setting server side that needs tweaking?

There must be loads of potential PR players possibly in the same position so maybe this issue needs addressing.

I did try a search so appologies if this has been resolved already. If some kind sole could point me in the direction of a fix it'd be much appreciated (or am I doomed to re-instal XP?). Thanks 8-)

Stupid question.

You have an original version of vista?
Second - You have set the exe shortcut to admin?

well i cant even get any EA games to work on vista, apart from battlefield vietnam. what happens is the game actually crashes on startup (i.e: the startup picture comes up, the screen goes black , and then the whole thing returns to desktop as if it hadn't started in the first place!!).
