Install Order

Hello,
Recently I have become interested in downloading this superb looking mod for BF2, however I am concerned that, after reading the "Install Guide", I should instal EF then AF whereas I perchased (and so therefore installed first) AF before EF.
Will this pose a problem to installing PR? Or must I go through the lengthy process of reinstallation/patching?
Thanks in advance

From scratch :
Install BF2 from your retail disc
Install BF2 patch 1.41
Install PR v0.506 for normal gaming
can also install PR v0.604 for testing the Open Beta where we are letting the public help stress test various part sof the new build that we are still working on (and reporting back in the correct child forums here if you find new stuff)
If you are at any point in that process, ie. you have installed BF2 and are patched the v1.41 THEN you simply install PR v0.506 and/or PR v0.604

I currently have everything totally up to date patch wise etc.
I was hoping that I could simply download PR and instal it with my fully functioning BF2, rather than have to completely re - install everything else.
Is there anyway to avoid this? Or must I completely re-install all things BF2 related? I have no previous PR files, so do not need to delete anything there (after reading guide).
I was just concerned that because I installed AF before EF this would cause problems.

OR I believe (correct me if I'm wrong)
Bf2 Retail v1.0
BF2:SF
BF2:EU
BF2:AF
BF2 Patch 1.41
BF2

R 0.5 - BF2

R 0.6 (Installs in a separate folder)

Where does he said that you have to reinstall everything? O_o
Just install it, the PR-Mod doesn't affect other things of your game.

However, if the install order of the expansion packs AF and EF do not affect PR, then I will download this mod.
Thanks for your help

Any problems resulting form the install order regarding the packs that EA released (SF, AF, EF) before or after patch v1.41 is not going to affect PR install. If there are any install order when you are installing those particular packs, then follow advice from EA and their forums.
It is advisable to install any PR mod build AFTER you have installed patch v1.41

In which case I can go right ahead and install PR
Thanks again for the help, it has been very useful and I look forward to playing

People get way to worked up about install order.
BF2 needs to be installed first, obviously.
EA uses ONE patch for SF, EF, AF, and BF2 rather then releasing tons of small patches.
So the most recent EA BF2 patch is actualy EA's patch for all of those, and the installers for EA, SF, AF all install versions that are out of date.
So basicly BF2 first, and patching after any official xpack/mod..
So simply put you need the game installed, to install any expansions for it, and any official expansions need to be brought up to date after install.
EA's updates don't effect the PR data, so while you need the most recent version of BF2 to correctly read the PR data, it can be installed at any point after BF2 (though it may not be playable until BF2 is brought up to dayte)
