This is just one site, but if there is a sound that is hard to get right I think a place like this could help. I previewed the AK sound and it was ok, then I turned my volume up to a good level it sounded pretty good! Anyways its like a couple of bucks per sound. I think 20 bucks worth of sound would helpout if there are certain guns we are still trying to get right. I'm sure there are other sites like this. Using pre recorded sounds from a "professiona" recording studio has been suggested before.

They'd be ****, you'd fire your gun then all you'd ever hear is 'preview'.
Seriously though, I disagree, I think these sound great.

The preview sounds, but if that's what they've ahave for preview, I don't want to see the rest. They sound like they've been recorded from a tv playing GTA!(3/Vice City/Andreas)

Or maybe that since they're recorded with good equipment that's actually what these things sound like rather than judging purely from a youtube clip.

The preview and purchasable sounds are same except the lower quality.
There is no high quality preview.

that craked me up. When you buy the clip you dont have the "preview" thing...lol. And I wonder if the bought version sounds better. With a few audio tweaks it could sound alot better.

I'll type slower so you have more time to read.
If someone has their sound settings on low, would they not hear the same? (Except with the "preview" of course).

Please tell me you're joking and that you knew I was indeed taking the piss.
Vikingo, I think for all it's worth people should stick their sound on medium at the worst as the difference in performance is essentially nothing yet the sound quality is much better.
