Snipers already get bonus points for range. And imo its easier to get kills as a sniper.

Haha today I did some spotting using H-AT and MM kit, but you know what? Some people just don't pay any damn attention. I revealed that there was 2+ squads and vehicles flanking far east of us, but our damn tank, APC, and infantry just kept walking north(there is a pretty huge deadzone between the two battlin flags), on I think it was 32p Greasy Mullet.

Sniper is one of the easier classes to get kills with.

You've got long range enough so nobody can touch you.

Give snipers more points? That might come right after we've sorted out the points system for support classes such as medics, drivers, supply guys, engineers repair. But that's a long way down the line. For now we like the make the glory boys hung onto the sniper dream wait in frustration for the points that they think must be theres, that sent them to the top of the heap in v0.506 all the time whilst not rewarding the real support troops who numbered 5-10 times as many as the snipers.

I think its 3x easier to get a kill with a sniper rifle. Shooting someone from 800 meters with the L85, now thats skill.

What map has British forces and a view distance of 800 metres?
