Ive gone through all the posts and found nothing that relates by title.
Im afraid it i dont have much info but, In gulf of oman on the carrier I jumped into a attack chopper then went to the gunners seat and it automaticly went to weapon zoom by its self and I was unable to get out of it. I could nt exit zoom and could not exit chopper. Im not doing that again...lol

This has been a known bug in 0.5, you have to request the pilot kit to use the helicopter gunner position to avoid that bug.
