Radio spam countermeasures

The radio spam is out of hand. It is bad enough that both Jim, Joe and Bob all feel the need to simultaneously spot the tank that was already spotted by Tom three seconds ago, but when all of them decide to spot said tank not just once, but two, three or four times it gets truly ridiculous.

Suggestions for diminishing spam:

-Players can only spot something every X seconds

-Anything spotted cannot be spotted again for the next X seconds

I also notice that it is not just noobs spot-spamming: Savvy (but lame) players abuse the spotting system to check for enemies in an area. Not only does it give the enemy position away - it also allows one to see where the enemy is moving. It would be nice, therefore, if:

-You have to click even more accurately with commo rose when spotting enemies

-Spots do not update to reflect enemy movement

So what would happen if there were multiple enemies that you can see?

Fixed in 0.6. Very few commands come through on radio. Most are 3p sounds coming from the player himself.

It is already difficult enough to spot enemies you can clearly see, especially at long range. You want to make it even more difficult?

Yep. And the only thing spotted, that gets out of the squad, is what the SL spots. If the squaddies spot a cavarly, its just gonna be them knowing, that something is coming, even if they spot spam like monkeys. When SL spots, it gets written out in big text :D

Looking forward to that, Jaymz! Thanks!
