After downloading and installing this awesome mod, Can I still run BF2 and play normally or will I have to uninstall?

Yes you can, there's two shortcuts... The original one, and the one that PRMM install creates... You can also switch between them from the BF2 menus... Go to community, then mods or whatever it is, it's the tab next to demos... Then select wether you want to run PRMM .2 or BF2 1.03
