dev's - You ruined my life - I hate you

That's it. my life as i know it is over. my wife is about to leave me. My work is about to fire me. i dont sleep. i dont eat. I go to bed thinking strategy in my mind and lay awake replaying scenarios in my mind.

Thank you for the best mod i have ever played since i started playing the bf1942 demo. I was SO CLOSE to ditching bf2 completely, then I found .5, now .6. I get up early to play before work. I get home early so i can play before my wife gets home. I play at 200 ping because thats the fastest server i can find, and i still LOVE IT.

i have never, ever experienced the teamwork that i have found here. what i have been looking for for all these years, and I'm not exagerating.

but now im ruined. its all i think about. I start saying "affirmative" and "roger that" to my real life friends. They look at me funny. I look at them funny. i look for cover on my way to coffee. I keep my 6 covered.

Seriously though, congrats and it's great to see more and more servers popping up. A lot of UK guys and you all are great, the accent brings it.

can't wait to see what's next, since i stopped sleeping and all. see you online,

lol. nice...

I was in LAX airport talking to one of my coworkers and was subconsciously using military speak.. The moment I answered a question as affirmative a guy sitting next to me started casually looking at me every 30 seconds.. We started talking and had a great conversation. I wound up eating lunch with a Brigadier General in the Army.. was a great guy. Still have his business card. :)

That's what happened with me and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, which was my first touch with FPS online gaming.
While this isn't about, PR or even BF2 for that matter, it does share some points. Wish someone would film one for PR...

I've been playing and taken phone calls and everyone on TS got my half of the conversation as I was instictively hitting my voice activation button every time I spoke on the phone :)

Its not the DEVs fault, it's you fault for being weak.

Yeah cuz you'd have to get back to work to buy a new rig to play it on ;)

Enjoy the mod .. more to come :)

I actually find meself talking in military lingo, constantly looking for a place to take cover, and thinking on what position would be best to provide suppressive fire... yeah, ever since i found PR i've been dubbed anti-social as i spend more time examining my surroundings than talking/interacting (unless i'm discussing what our fall back position or rally point is)

Looked at piles of backpacks at school thinking they were rallies >.<

Argh, I thought I was the only one with that stupid problem. I even do it when talking to people in the same room as me. It gets confusing.

Heh, not unless you have voip and teamspeak... I mean, you are communicating to other people, right? Right...?
