Had my best experience to date today on Gloryhoundz server.
It was running Wake and I had spawned as AT and was about to make my way north towards the next base when I heard a chopper. It was the chinese AH and it flew right by me zooming for the flag in the base I just spawned in.

It was perfect. The chopper was hovering over the flag facing away from me.
Brought the SRAW to bear on the chopper and woosch - BOOM. Perfect kill.

Suddenly Paladin-X asked who shot the helo down and I realized it was me.
Really freaked him out too.

Ok, what's your most memorable PRMM moment? (Screenshots, if you have any, are welcome too! )

well... it's not really special but i'd have to say the first time playing prmm 0.2 with loads of others...

Well, I for one, witnessed the little bird doing one of those ballerina stances... (it was like this for a good minute until we moved it, otherwise it would have stayed like that)

lol... that's so great.. i'm surprised it stayed like that. you'd think it would at least blow up.

That's me on the left side of the screen =). I remember when you tryed to fly away with it, but you flipped upside down -> explosions -> 3 TKs =)

My best experience??


It was raining men. I was sitting in the BTR-90 on Oman watching a little bird trying to land next to the pool ( the one with water in it ) Switched to HEI then gave it a short burst. Some tried to jump into the water, but died before hitting the ground. Just 1 of 6 survived the crash, but not for long

Best about it. I destroyed 2 helos, 2 mbt, 1 apc, and killed several men in less than 5 minutes

AP and HEI ammo rules Just like old OFP times.

ahh momories, Well today is the first time I played this awesome mod, and blowing up a chopper with one AT missle was definitly my first HOLY $*** moment. getting sniped 6 times in a row was the other OMFG moment, you really need to be carefull since there's no UAV now....

My first kill with a SAW. I was on one end of the Square at Karkand, and a SF MEC was on the other end; prone. I dropped, sighted and sprayed, he did the same. I won after a half second of firing. It was awsome.

i have two says that just snipeing people off the little bird is the best thing so far for me. i like watching a little bird far away comeing at me and i just pick off all they guys on the side so a full bird is now down two 2 guys. the best was when it rained people form one when some one opend up one one wiht a 50. cal and in 1 sec 6 bodies were falling down.
also the time a little bird was trying to pull up for a landing where 5 men with mgs were and i hit the pilot so the bird fell 10 feet and the peope ran out and just got crushed my my guys near the crash sight

1 question if any one knows. with the 50cal sniper do you have to hit the piolet in the head to kill him or any where becuse im not sure if i missing the entire body or just the head.

he he he, 6 bodies falling off a little bird sounds fuuuuny. i can only imagine. well, i havent had an freat eperiences yet. i had one surprising moment that helped me gain some faith in one of the kits. it was when i was playing the map with the crane in the middle and the americans start out with ALL the flags and one is on a TV or Radio station i forget the name now. but anyway i was playing SP mode on that and i when onto the 3rd floor of the crane with the SAW looking over the MEC base and started gunning down the mecs with the NOW ACCURATE SAW. he he he it was like D day.... sept it had terrorists... and M249's instead of MG42's... and they werent runnign up a beach but a hill. ahhh yeah that was fun but too easy so i went down ontop of their flag with 2 friendly bots in my squad and i ordered the mmto stay put there and i manned the deployed RPK whater and gunned down the MECs when they spanwed while my bots covered the rear MEC spawn. it was great! until the MECs realized those grayish little balls with funny hadles and rings on their waists weree grandes and they learnt how to use them and blew me, my medic and my engy up = ( end of spree for me.

I've had tons of memorable moments lately, not really in PRMM, but due to the oddest glitch I've ever seen in any video game. My directx like blew up or something, and apparenlty BF2 figures out physics though the directx engine... anyways, I would be walking along next to my teammates (single player) and BAM no reason at all, I'm instantly 1000 feet in the air (as in couldnt see ground fell for 25 seconds) and, well, there aren't any paras for assault in PRMM...

I also saw this happen to some enemies, and some teammates, and some dead bodies.

I also watched the m1a2 abrams start spinning (like a rod was stuck through it vertically and it was spinning around it) at something like 500 rpm, like a tornado. not the turret, the whole freakin tank was spinning like a top. i watched a MEC spec ops try to put c4 on it... he got hit by it's spinnyness and flew into a building, bounced off, flew into antother building, and then fell to the ground...

My best experaince is I was camping the enemy little bird spawn with the Medic Unlock, which is extremely good... I might add. And They would just keep comming and comming trying to fly it and no one really noticed they were all dieing, it was funny I went through 3 clips before the round ended... I wish I took screenshots.

Another memorable moment from PRMM is one time on Operation Clean Sweep. I was manning the stingermissilesite at the first base on the refueling station(?).
I had damaged an enemy jet and it had disappeared behind the hills. That was when I heard the wooosching sound of an approaching jet from behind. I turned around and found myself facing no less than 3 of those fin retarded ironbombs gliding right at me....
