Unable to request kit on local server

So I'm trying to check out the helis on local but I cant get a kit..
Yes, I used sv.NumPLayersblahblah and Im in a squad.
What am I doing wrong?

I tried at flag and at apc and that didnt work, didnt know about the heli door. thanks much my friend.
