I am unable to enter any vehicle.
If there is a reason for this WHY is that?

Hmm... ANY vehicle? Even HMMWV's?

For some vehicles, you need the right kit.

Epdate: Hmmwv's are usable.
SO judging from the answer I've been given so far, a.) I'm unable to use most vehcles ingame, and b.) i need a certain type of kit to use a certain type of vehicle o.O ?!?

Hmm well I'll stick with plain jane BF2 cause in real life if the enemy is friggen stupid enough to leave a full functioning tank, then Ill be damn if I'm NOT going to be using it.

Are you sure you're pressing the "enter vehicle" button? Default is E, unless you customized your buttons.

There are new vehicle entry points.

ie. you need to enter a tank from the top hatch, hummers from the doors, LAVs through the back etc.

In Project Reality, there are entry spots for vehicles.
APC = Back door
Tank = hatch
Car = door

It seems to me like entry point issue, you need to climb on top of tanks and use rear door on APC (or side if MEC). You can enter vehicles without right kit just be locked out of controls.

Oh yeah and read the manual that appears on desktop when you install. Its worth it.

It's because you can't enter enemy vehicles

Yah, you cant just bunnyhop into a tank through its armor

Make sure its not an emeny vehicle

Enter through the doors, top hatch, or rear hatch depending on the vehicle. You CAN enter a vehicle without a right kit it just goes all bouncy and kills you
