On what maps are the bombers? (F15, SU30MKK, SU34, Tornado)

Operation Strike at Karkand has them, if I remember correctly.

the fighter bombers dont really fit PRs gameplay too well, we may bring them back in a later release.

The vBF2 Fighter Bombers aka What you Listed were carrying a Bad Loadout and some Sides, US and MEC have a New Fighter Bomber with the A-10 and Su-39. I can defo see the Tornado a Su-30 Coming back as both are Highly Used Aircraft by thier Sides.

I "hope" we can get the tornado in, even thou its a little old its a awesome jet but i wouldn't get your hopes up, we may never see it in PR.

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? Right im gonna make a Case why the Tornado Gr4 should be in PR. The Tornado Gr4 Is a Highly reguarded Ground Attack Aircraft and is High Capable and Can use a Wide Variety of Munitions, in some Cases in Iraq seeing a Tornado Flying overhead was enough to Scare Insurgents off Attacking Coalition Units. Though the Reason im betting your Saying it wont be in PR is because your Having a Promblem with its Wings Right?

the wings are piss easy to do, you can just attach them to the landing gear like POE2 did, or you can have it controlled by pilot like our ramp in the merlin is.

the point is that it dont fit into the overall design plan of PR unless we modify it heavily and that means lots of work. In the end this is eggs decision, not my one.

yes, but the f-15c is still a fighter. It's not a pure fighter because it can use bombs, but it's designed for air superiority instead of bombing. F-15E Strike Eagle is the strike variant of the f-15, which I guess could be called a bomber.

The F-15 in vBF2 is a F-15E, it can be denoted by the Larger Air Intakes. Now onto the Main Hand: THERE ARE NO BOMBERS! Aircraft like the F-15E are Called "Ground Attack" Aircraft not Bombers, Bombers are things like B-52s and they sure as hell arnt going into PR

Hence why they are called "fighter bombers". they are multi role aircraft that can be fitted with loads of different stuff. Figthers are mainly designed to take out other aircraft, but at the same time can carry a pay load but they cant take as much, or have the selection of weapons that can be fitted to them as fighter bombers.

I hope the fighter bombers do come back, or the PLA better get real good with dumb bombs.

I mean if you remember DC
the game menu video in early version suggested bombers

but in the end it wasn't put in because it has little gameplay value
not much of a game for the dozens of players at the receivng end when half the map is carpet bombed

The fighter in PR is F16, FYI....

There are 3 types of planes in PR:

• Jets
• Fighter Bombers
• Ground Attack Planes

We are talking about Fighter Bombers at the moment.
Where the US side is provided with the F15E Strike Eagle Fighter/Bomber.
