at least here in germany, permanent IPs are only provided for extra money (for business,etc..). every other usual user connection gets disconnected every 24h for a sec to force a re-dialin. which results in a new IP for you.

probs prevents ppl from hosting servers on their local machines and saves bandwidth for the ISPs.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems connecting to my server.

I have no other banlist apart from the Punksbusted master ban list.
