We are proud to announce that TV 2 now host their first Project Reality server!!
www.battle.no is the gaming portal for the large television company TV2, and is currently hosting over 50 Battlefield servers.

They also have another large gaming community called Spillmagasinet, witch actually broadcast Battlefield 2 matches live on TV!!!

I can't promise you "one minute fame on tv" but we can promise you high quality gaming on one of Europe largest community servers!!!

Let's all embrace this opportunity and use this server for all what it's ment to be.. And then we may get PR on televisoin too??

maybe organize a full scale war on it? maybe not in the size of the tournament, but only a nice night of PR PRO Teamplay.

think ppl would be astonished to see how squads actually work together!

or maybe hold a PRTournament war on it :P

I used to play on TV2 servers all the time back when I played Vanilla, cool to see them coming to PR :)

Hmmm is this such a good idea? i mean from my exp with vbf2 the TV2 servers are literally full of smaktards,TKers, baserapers, glitchers and point stackers.., not to mention there are NEVER any admins around.
Trying to play a straight game on these servers is very hard indeed without someone trying to spoil it.

nice work rage! :D

@M4nicMin3r, vbf2 is very different from PR, just cos it has the same server name dose not mean its going to have the same gameplay ;)

yah true i suppose.., well will have to see what audience it will bring.

Suppose theres one thing to it. It will be a good hardware on a nice big fat internet pipe anyhow, the tv2 network has some storming connectivity. I usually get 30-40ms ping from UK.

Suppose im just concerned that there will be ZERO admins around like the rest of their vbf2 servers.

If you want to report someone you have to screenshot them and download the battlerecorder, signup to their forums and request it in a post including ss and BR file. Its a pain and very rarely gets results until one day they decide to do them all.

In all the time i played on the TV2 servers ( possibly over a yr ) ive only seen and admin ingame once.

I do hope your right, it will be an amazing addition to PR having a server on such a network, not only for connectivity and reliability but for more European players too.
