Building Main Base

OK. before anyone stars flaming and saying search for threads or "heres a thread, they talk about it here" I wanted to refreash the topic (even though i did search and couldnt find anything). This idea i believe could be really good in a future release and give the game a complety new and exciting originality to each round.
Some people say that the game with the new commander assets gives the game a sim city feeling, but no. the game is more like age of empires now (age of reality. lol.) What would make for an interesting map would be either side being the attacking so as no side has a main on a building to defend. they are going for 3 or 4 flags (not to many as they might steel the thunder of what really could be fun.)
each side spawns in on the adge of the map with a support truck, some APCs, transport vehicles and tank. before the game starts the commander is chosen for a longer time so that a higher ranking person can go commander ( this stops any fools that ruin the game.) then everyone heads of in a convoy to a location the commander chooses. the map needs to be created in a way that there are multiple places on each side that would be good for defending because once the commander finds a good spot he starts building. he builds bunkers, sandbag walls, wire, tents and anything else that would help even camo tents to hide the base if need be. he will also have to designate positions for vehicle spawn. maybe a large sandbag square. (helecopters would make things tricky) after a 20 minute limit runs out or the commander uses up his limit on items the game really starts and the commander can no longer change anything close to his main. he still will be able to make another firbase somewhere else but thats it. this would bring a whole new experience to the enemy being hidden and if you find enemy base you could sabotage these. end when you get to taking the temporary base out it becomes destructable and you can take them out.
so what do you think. please give me your opinion and feel free to suggest anything to make this sound better then what it is.
