1. Its not an L96A1, its an L115A1
2. If it was an L96A1, it wouldn't be an AWP. It would just be an AW. The "P" Stands for "Police" (oh, and the one in CS isn't an AWP either, its an AWM.).
3. As there are multiple advisors currently serving with the British Army that are ether in the mod team, or act as advisors to them, its probubly already correct, or had already been noted and a new animation is being worked on.

OP is right, actually.. L115 bolt animations are fugly, and the bolt clips through one side of the gun when it's loaded. Also, the model isn't pointing towards the center of the screen which is a real pain...

Yeah, that's really annoying. You try to zoom in on a target and you're zoomed at the wrong spot.

Lads, I've been bitching to Katarn about this for 5 months now....5!!!! MONTHS!!!!!!

We're going to be doing a lot of polishing during v0.7 which will hopefully mean fixed animations, fixed bugs, etc. So, if all goes well and we don't work the animators to death this may get fixed for v0.7.
