Is it possible to increase the bullet deviation while jumping? This would decrease the chances of getting murdered by an angry Dolphin. Seriously though, dolphin jumping should be allowed, lets face it when used properly it is a way of avoiding being hit and acts like diving for cover. If the effects of belly jumping and dolphin jumping were to reduce accuracy considerably, then there realy wouldn't be a problem. In real life a soldier can dive and roll while firing his gun, it's just highly unlikely he'll hit anything other than himself, however the oppertunity for a stray bullet to hit you in the head as he dives shouldn't be removed altogether.

Oh yes! As for the spawn locations, I would have to agree that it is simply mental, that soldiers spawn out in the open and usualy right in the path of a stray bullet (lol). The spawn points should be moved into buildings or at the very least moved to secluded areas away from incoming fire. This would also act to reduce spawn camping, as to my knowledg none of the weapons can legaly fire through walls, so no ******** snipers, camping up outside a base waiting for spawners.

I agree to both...

"Dolphin Diving" is of utmost importance...It has GOT to go. If EA Games wont fix it, maybe you guys can!

But sometimes, segregating spawn points can actually INCREASE spawn camping because if people know where they are and the closer together the spawn points are, the more camping they can do...

IRT your first suggestion

I agree. I hate it when you spawn into a spray of gunfire/tank shell. I think that at each flag, you should be able to pick your actual spawn location at the spawn point. So you can pick the spawn thats less likely to get you killed vs. an unknown spawn that usually puts you in the worst spot, i.e. looking down the barrel of an MBT

Well, all they have to do is make the crosshairs go ALL the way out when you jump. Making it impossible (or very very improbable) to hit anything when you are in the air. This would solve more than dolphine diving, but it would solve button hopping as well.

Button hopping, is that prone and hopping in mid air?

No thats just jumping like a freakin bunny when get shot at :D

Right now, they already fixed the problem of people jumping to avoid fire... as it's much easier to kill someone who is hopping.

The next problem is people that hop around and shoot while they do it.. which can be solved doing this.

Also, people that jump and then dive real quick (Dolphin Diving) will lose out too because they have to jump first (expanding the crosshairs completely) and then dive... making them the easiest target (prone) while having no aim at the same time.

About spawns, why don't we just go to only spawning at main bases and moving out from there? More realistic, no soldiers popping into existence in the middle of battle, they actually come from somewhere.

At least this suggestion can be realised. And that would make the players more cautious instead of the rambo like manner i still encounter on some PR servers. Artillery and stuff like that should be removed, too. Or at least the game mode for PR should be limited to AAS only.
