think if all ammo types in PR had specific and class-unike sounds.. that would be something..

yeah really nice find
scary bullet sounds could add so much more to the "suppression" effect

there was a soundclip of a .50 there? wasnt it?? sure i heard one?
It's not a .50 unless it's a 12.7x99mm.
Where'd you find it? It's not listed among the 6 downloads. Only two .44-40s, two 5.56s, and two 9 mils.

That bullet going by didn't make a supersonic crack. Since the .50 goes approx 930m/s....yeah....

Eitherway they sound pretty cool, I'd like to hear something like this when I'm getting pinned down.

930 m/s is nearly mach3 so i do not understand your argument ..

It was sarcasm.
Remember that these recordings were made 1100 yards downrange, and so significant velocity will have been lost.
Nevertheless, in the last sample on that page ( TCW5561100ydsT214640+4642 Russian 56gr. FMJ-BT without a cannelure

you can clearly hear the supersonic crack followed by the sound of the bullet fading as it flies away.
