Important information about EAX and the Project Reality v0.6 Client
Our sound artists [R-DEV]jaymz and [R-DEV]sofad have been stretching the BF2 sound engine to it's limits throughout the development of v0.6. In order to have the best possible experience with Project Reality v0.6 is it very important that you enable EAX in your BF2 sound options.
Just about all onboard and aftermarket sound cards support some version of EAX and your PR v0.6 experience will be greatly enhanced by enabling EAX support.
Project Reality v0.6 Server Release Information
Server Administrators are now able to apply for a v0.6 License. You need access to the Private Server Administrators forum to access this thread:
