I've searched and found a few items relevent. Especially concerning a head to head competion players of FH2 and PR, and which will be better.

What I'm asking is there a possibilty of a WW2 mod using all the great things PR has brought to us? Building bunkers, or foxholes. Commanders. Squad play in a WW2 FPS. Rally points. All the good things I absolutely love about PR. (Side note, I have never gone back to vanilla since the first release of PR)

Is there ever a possibility of merging FH2 skins with PR gameplay?

Most likely no, unless FH is allowed to use everything from PR, or vice versa, which I don't see happening.

What's the possibility of PR creating their own?

Search. A WWII realism mod has already been suggested.

0% chance. The whole basis of the mod is current day. Just check out FH2, it won't be the same as PR, but it will be a realism WWII mod.

not going to happen any time soon. dont want to start a flame war between PR and FH2 so going to lock this topic.
