I have just downloaded the new PR torrent but don't know how to install it or even open it.Can some 1 help me out with it .

Did you download the 1.8GB file using a torrent client?

If you only downloaded the .torrent file, you need to use a torrent client like Azureus or uTorrent to get the whole file.

uTorrent is the smaller download.
