IGI is, I think, my favorite clan in PR, except maybe striketeam. Nither one seems to be recruiting so I'm SOL on that, but I noticed a weird thing about IGI's server. It seems that if I say F*CK I get a "Your language is unacceptable", and I can say it two more times, and then get a 1 min kick on the third time. But if I say the word NOOB, or n00b, or anything like that (including being in the name) I get an insta-kick. This really sucks as my SL's name was at one point pwndnoob :-/

Actually, you can say it twice. Today was the first time that I got kicked from iGi for saying it twice.

I earlier tried the Beta on IGI, there were enemy tank near flag, because of unbalance in 0.6 (no standart AT), we couldnt destroy that camper sitting around there, so I wrote him, " hey noob in tank come out and fight ".
Was kicked for this small joke.

I think u have to write it like that: nub, n.o.o.b, n.o.ob

We just got fed up with the use of the word noob. It's nothing major but it's not too helpful to new players if they keep getting called noobs when they ask questions, plus other players using it for no reason.

As eggy said, Shovel would be a good one to add

Anyway, yeah as said, saying n00b/noob will get you a warning, then a kick. I added it as I was sick of people calling each other noobs all the time.

However, saying fag/faggot/nigger is an insta-ban as there is zero tolerance of malice like that. They aren't words that are typically used in any jovial way on the server so are justified insta-bans.

Fuck shouldn't be on the list. Think that must have been left on one of the new servers we have up as it's a default word on the list under BF2CC. I'll remove it along with the other 2 as I have no problem with them. ('shit' and bizarrley 'donkey ***' :lol

Yeh, i noticed the other day i didnt get the warning for "fuck." Which i REALLY appreciate, this is not a childs-game. "Donkey ***" will definitly become a standard when playing iGi.
Insta-kick for personal-attacks i can agree on, not for swearing.

We can still say "RTFM" can we? Please tell me that we can...
