On the TF21 server tonight, we had a full server of 64 people. When Kashan loaded, the U.S. side could not create squads. Had to restart the server.

We've played Kashan before with a full server but this is the first time that's happened in beta or in the official .6.

It's a very old bug... nothing we can do about it... it's here since forever. Not 0.6 bug.

This is a BF2 bug, not related to PRM in any way. Sorry.

Darn. When it didn't happen in beta I thought it was fixed. Stupid EA.

Yeah, this is a well annoying bug, it plagues our server like the shit. I read somewhere that it may be caused by BF2CC? Not 100% though.

Yeah it's a server killer for sure. Had it up and running a few minutes later but by that time 1/3 of the players left like lemmings.

Joined a game in progress ( Kashan Desert) on the US side 1 squad was full and 2 others were locked but I couldnt create a squad also someone else was posting that they couldnt either.
Since commander spot was also occupied I switched sides to see if the bug was affecting the other side too and ended up back in the US side and a TK score for my efforts.
Anyway I was invited to join one of the locked squads and that was how I managed to get into a squad. Eventually I inherited the SL position and unlocked + invited members to our squad which soon filled up.
Hope this little story helps someone figure out whats going on.

Added note. Played GSA server, also another glitch that occured was the spotted enemy tanks were showing up green on my map/mini map.

It's annoying that's for sure.

I don't think it's related to BF2CC though - I get it on my server and mine doesn't run BF2CC.

However, I do run the squadless player kick scripts - so when the bug appears it does cause a bit of mayhem.....

However, I think it happens more often on iGi server !?
