kicked a developer for spawn camping his own base, then banned anyone who wasn't happy with the illogic behind it. Me included. I didn't even get to say anything smart. Well aside from the I AM IMPORTANT ON THIS SERVER part. Way to go 101st Airborne, touchiest clan I've seen on PR.

They Banned Jaymz after asking who the admin was, Myself (who made 1-2 commetens short ones like: Kicks are realted to gaming)
And probaly kenwayy
reasons, Attacking uncap bases ( I never left the china main)

WnxJaymz (dev) and me, WNxKenwayy, join the 101st's clan server on seven gates. We both join chinese and play around in the woods a bit.

Now, a big thing on their server is 'actual military tactics'. Lollerskates at that later but anywho, another big thing is no attacking uncapables. Now, when we have every flag but the brit main, and jaymz and I spawn at temple, we figure we are safe right?

Wrong, full brit squad attacking temple. Now, jaymz and I are by no means omgwtfpwn players in CQB, so needless to say when the 2 of us just completely tear apart wave after wave of this squad, we are having a grand old time. Our scores were something like 16-4 each, epic for jaymz and me with no boom stick.

That's when it gets interesting. I get kicked, and the reason given is simply (Admin decision). Um, k. Then JAYMZ, wearing his [RDEV] tags, gets kicked. For what you might ask?

Base raping.

Thaaaaaaaaaaat's right. Base raping, by defending temple as chinese on seven gates. Yup. So needless to say, we are a bit intrigue by this turn of events. We received no warning in chat or system message that either of us saw/acknowledged.

So, after our 2 minute time out, we rejoin. I promptly ask who banned me and jaymz.

*side note* This server is called 101st Airborne and so is the clan. I, WNxKenwayy, am a soldier serving as a scout in, you guessed it, the 101st airborne. My sig pic is me right before patrol. So when a server, supposedly dedicated to the 101st, treats a soldier actually IN the 101st, this way, yeah, I was a touch pissed.

I point out that both Jaymz and myself aren't exactly 'normal' players, him being a dev and me being a tester/active duty soldier. We have no reason to lie about anything. We start getting replies that we were 'raping the british main' to which I promptly ask how the hell we were doing that since we both, for at least a good 15 minutes, were chinese defending temple. No actual appology was issued, they mearly said we could 'lodge a complaint' or some such against them on THEIR forums. Yeah, no. I'm not exactly known for being a terribly nice guy, and how in the holy hell you can think banning a RDEV is a good idea is beyond me.

So, and I can only assume the admin in this affair, says he will BAN myself and Jaymz if we say another word about it. I didnt type a single word after that, and what pops up on my screen? Banning WNxKenwayy. Awsome. Shortly after that? Banning RDEV Jamz. Yes, they banned a soldier IN the us army unit they are 'dedicated' too, and a developer. They also banned Teek for base raping, despite joining maybe 2 minutes before jaymz and I got kicked the first time and defending temple with us.


There you have it folks. Join the 101st Airborne server. Where they quite literally hate the soldiers they pretend to be and don't care about the future of PR in the least. Bravo.

Yeah, they banned myself and Teek as well. Like Kenwayy said, they kicked the ones defending AGAINST the spawn campers. What makes it worse is that the rest of our team had capped the following two flags so there was NO reason they should have been at our main. Nevertheless, dodgy admining.

I was Banned for Making 1 comment ('kicks ar related to gaming'). It probably didnt help that I was wearing my vet [PR]RFAD tags and Ikarti was wearing [PR]MEDI tags as well.
The Offical reason was 'Attacking out of order Bases', I never left My Main!

Dam dude that sucks. Sounds like spoiled brat wannabes to me. They just mad cause they got owned.

The reasons are somewhat numorous but essentially we dont feel that Project Reality Developement is gearing the game in the direction that our clan is going. A big issue is that the Allied forces dont have as many USMC as a team as the 0.5 version and since everyone knows that Brittish Troops are being pulled out of hostile locations such as Iraq and Afghanistan, then this is an unrealistic setting in the upgrade and we will NOT be upgrading fully until we can afford to have both versions running for the different benifits to the game.

Went there for a mathc of Kashan earlier (before I saw this) and had no probs. Of course, I just flew jets around chasing other jets.

Hey guys. Just thought ide chime in on this. I was there when this all went down. But naturally, the 101st guys listened to me even less than they did you guys. I was on china in squad 5. Our SL was kinda lost and was having us attack the british main for a minute or two. I tried to tell them it was us and not you guys, but....

LOL. They can make some sooper realistic mod where the US "totally pwns teh world" or something then. I didn't pay for PR, I love it, and I can't even play vanilla anymore. Why you'd flip out at the people who made it is beyond me. Especially when they weren't being ******** anyway.

Are any of there members active duty? Do they even know what the "book" is? So does this mean that they are fully versed in non-nato tactics as well? Cause how else could the non-nato forces ingame uphold to that standard?

Wow.... never played there but maybe I go there to get my Dev-Team-Ban. How about we ask them if they just put the whole R-CON, R-DEV and R-PUB team on their ban list (And the testers just to be sure).

The whole story is so ironic that it simply can't be made up in a world like ours. Wonder what come's next... eggman ban and after that the license is revoked and after that they claim that they posted that they never wanted to play 0.6 anyways... well I think that'd be too unrealistic to happen but so is everything that happened so far.

Jokingly, the first time, I said something to that effect Spearhead. How banning a dev would result in not getting the next server patch. Their response? .6 sucks and they don't care if they don't get the next server patch. yuuuuuuuuuup.
