RPGs?

Will the trademark weapon of the former Soviet bloc, the RPG, be making its appearance in PR? Perhaps as an unlockable replacement to the Eryx for MEC anti-tank troops? (Or the other way around works too)

The RPG-7 series will probably be in the game, as it used at the squad level in Russian/Warsaw Pact-based and Chinese tables of organization and equipment. The Eryx may be replaced altogether since it is not very widely proliferated (China does not have it, only one Mid East state has it and the MEC may be going bye-bye to be replaced by an actual army).NikovK wrote:Will the trademark weapon of the former Soviet bloc, the RPG, be making its appearance in PR? The Bofors AT-4 (US M136) is most definitely used by the Marines. However, it is not the weapon of a dedicated anti-armor specialist, it is a single-shot, disposable light anti-armor weapon. A few riflemen in each US squad may carry a single M136.solodude23 wrote:It depends on what kind of AT it is and what Branch. At-4 is just one, and I believe the Marines don't even use it.
Rifles in the anti-armor class is not going to happen in PR in order to maintain decent gameplay and realism. Dedicated, man-portable anti-armor gunners rarely carry rifles or even SMGs.Enforcer1975 wrote:In exchange you have to give him a proper rifle with 2 or 3 mags.
