I dont get them, unless its for backing up. Is it just to entertain yourself and annoy anybody else in the APC? I've caught my self playing with the beeping button way too much while trasporting a squad to a position they need to be at.

Whats it for? And if it is for backing up, Why cant you just hold it so you dont need to keep pressing the button.

the left hand beep is just a horn to get peoples attanetion, the right hand button you can hold down for a reversing beep so you dont run people over which seems to happen alot as you cant see behind you.

Thats the only thing. I tried holding it down and it only beeped once. Does it usually take more than 5 seconds to work? And yes I'm pretty sure I held it down.

Might be a problem on your side. Hold it down and ask someone else if it keeps on beeping.

Well I think the new system of being able to hear yourself as you toss a grenade, ask for a lift, and such of that matter, it would allow you to hear the beeps of the APC. It might just be me. It could be a glitch through my computer. I should probably look a little more into that.

I hold the beep down and it loops fine

I played a 400+ ticket round 2 days ago and after leaving the APC it beeped in a continuous loop the entire round. I'm talking about going almost completely insane and chewing on my mouse pad by the end of the game...lol

Reinstall PR.

It's to warn people to GTF out of the way. Before it was everyone getting runover by the APC, now it's just idiots.

Mine doesn't beep when I hold down the button either. I have to press it over and over.

What I really hate is when you go inside the AA vehicles on Kashan Desert and that damn lock on tone keeps beeping and it gets on my nerves. They always lock on the huge puffs of black smoke, the oil platforms, and the fire around them. I mean, how they hell are you supposed to manage to down a jet with the AA missiles if all those lock ons are just targeting useless things... I wish there was a way of switching different targets in those AA vehicles.

That's the whole point.

ive had that mainly with medic bandaging sound effects
