Mobile Rocket Artillery

I know artillery is already in the game but...
How about mobile rocket artillery driven and fired by a player?
I don't know how you could realisticly simulate acquiring targets other then something like the motars in Enemy Territory(You fire a round and then check the map to see were it lands,then adjusts and repeat)
To balance it out it would be:
1.Slow
2.Needs to stay near a source of ammo(not ammo bags)
I know this probably won't be included any time in the near future, but I like the idea...
