If you are going to put in the M-16A4 for the USMC in the next version, make sure you use the correct ACOG for it. ACOG's have all kinds of different optics and options.

This is the official website for the USMC's standard ACOG that is currently issued with all M-16A4 service rifles.
Note that the range indicator lines are calibrated exactly for the current 5.56 round in use being fired through a 20" (full size M-16) barrel. Also, each rang indicator line is the average width of a man from shoulder to shoulder at that distance to allow quick target range estimation.
This ACOG also uses the Bindon Aiming Concept which allows it to be used with eyes open for cqb ranges and one eye closed to accurately fire out to 800m.
You probably already know most of this stuff, I just wanted to make sure you had this information just in case, since I really haven't seen a game yet that has the correct USMC ACOG.
