We had a bunker setup near a road (can't remember the name of the map, the UK vs PLA map with the huge chinese temple), so I got the engineer kit, spawned at the bunker and laid about 5 mines on a road but before I could find out if the first mine would disappear (as in vBF2) the round ended. So how many mines can an engineer field if he keeps resupplying at a vehicle, bunker or firebase?

er dont quote me but the number 8 rings a bell for some reason however that might be for the console version of BF that i used to play.

I thought it was 9, and they would last 10 min after you die.
What I have never tested and would like to know is how long they persist if you swap kits after dropping them.

c4: total of 2

After you lay another, the first one you laid will disappear.
