What do you guys think about removing the sprint meter? Is it possible to make the apc not exitable in the water when floating?

I don't think pr can remove the sprint meter that without alot of coding.

What purpose would it serve to get rid of the sprint meter? I sprint as long as I can when I'm covering alot of ground then wait for it to recharge and start sprinting again. I don't really pay much attention to it as it is.
