I was on the carrier on Jabal with my squad-mates, who all looked like a few friends from school. We all piled in the blackhawk but there was no room left for me. So I tried to jump and try and get inside, luckly I did (Thats why you need an 8th seat in the BH). I sat on the side of the BH, sitting between 2 people with my M249 SAW and we hung our legs over the side. When we landed in the mountains of Jabal (The far east ones, just north of East Beach) We disembarked and headed down a large hill. We saw some local villagers, who looked like African Amercians with green headbands on their head. I said "Maybe we should train them like the CIDG in 'Nam".
Then my squad-leader who was Vietnamese (had a very similiar apperance to Nguyen in Vietcong) said "No we shouldn't, because back in Vietnam, there were not people willing to join the CIDG program".
Then it just ended there, and I woke up

I seriously have FPS-sorta dreams almost every night. It's like, I'm shooting ppl and being shot at, but I know it's just a game, so it's all good.
That, and being in high school, despite getting out almost a decade ago...

Dream? No this was reality. Project Reality. I saw two blackhawks lifting off at the same time (without crashing), deploying troops as per commanders orders. Squadmates joining in on their SL's after deployment. RP's beeing set apart. Attacks being issued and followed. Defences beeing set up and crucial points and kept. Initiative from SL's to take key points.
Since I was drunk, I cried a tear. It was friggin beautiful. Hell I downloaded the BR and watched it the next day. No dream came close to what I witnessed that day.
Medics working overtime. Riflemen ressupply. H-AT getting painted targets and downing threats. Snipers painting targets and taking out SL's and medics. Marksmen staying close to their squad.
And no, it was not a dream. It actually happened.
Still, it sometimes happen. Those days I swear that I will never stop playing PR. Then there are those other days, when ******** call me a "boy" and make fun of me. Medics refuse to revive. Riflemen don't seem to know that they have ammo. Pilots crash the choppers. APC-lone-wolves drive right onto a mine.
But on those few moments, I feel like reciting St.Cripsins day, Shakespear style. Screenshot everyone on my team and write on "Recommended thread" with great detail, and swear - that I will NEVER, EVER play anything other than PR.

The only dream I've had that truly freaked me out was me running up a hill and some girl running down the same one and then we hugged and kissed.
Anyway, a dream about PR.... must say, I've yet to have one.

Then you have never played PR for 12 hours straight. I have had many dreams of PR. I get owned in every one. And everybody else is doing much better than me. As per usual. *sigh*

Thats the most worrying thing i have ever experienced.
The most i have ever played PR is about 12hours(a 10min break every 4hours). Appaling, yes. After that though, for the rest of the night (well, daytime), anything i tryed to imagine was somehow set in a low-mid graphics version of 16 player GoO. I was so worried, i almost decided to sell my PC, in the fear that i was permenantly damaged.

I haven't played PR properly in about 3 months. The last time I played I only played for an hour before all the smacktards talking really bored me.

I had an awesome Heroes inspired dream last night after watching all 23 episodes in 30 odd hours and eating a huge cheese pizza before bed. God I'm going to miss being unemployed from Monday.

At 08:35am on a Tuesday morning my unit 4RAR was on another foot patrol in the thick jungles of Ghost train to the north west of South Bunker checking for enemy movement. The soldiers in my unit were moving along in single file formation, Phil my best mate was on point suddenly froze Steve who was our light machine gunner who was behind Phil whispered to Phil in the quietest tone "whats up man whats the go"?
Phil replied by giving a hand signal which was "thumb down" meaning ENEMY PLA forces were sighted dead set 1 o'clock of our position 10 accounted for light infantry it looked like, entire unit look at me...so I pointed at Steve to get his *** over to the right flank of our position which was high ground and take Jeremy with him as his ammo supplier. Phil to take the left flank with Chris! Then I only had Bob who was the only one left and told him to stick with me, Bob and I took cover behind some thick scrub and pointed our rifles at the incoming enemy's.
I looked at every ones positions and thought right everyone's good so I gave the a hand signal to wait till the first 3 pass then open fire....we were dead silent as the troops passed by then BANG!, Chris fired the very first shot at the first PLA trooper and then the MG open fired! left to right Steve was swinging the MG then everyone was opening fire! Bob chucked a hand grenade in the middle of the PLAs position and as it landed it took out 2 PLA troopers. I then screamed out and waved to Chris and Phil and told them to swing around the rear of the PLA last spotted position, I then grabbed Bobs pack webbing and said come on! where f***kn halling ***! Bob and I were going to link up with Steven and Jeremy but as we were making our way to them we came under a shit load of heavy fire from our right flank, Bob took a bullet to the upper left leg that just stacked up to a prob. So I pulled out the banadages and tried to stop the bleeding as best as I could but as I was putting the bandage on a grenade landed right near me in fact it landed directly in front of me. That's when I woke up in sweat
Sorry if you got confused with it lol..

Ah man, it sounds like real life in PR is better than your dreams. *Sigh* To much to own up to I guess. Damn you great teamplayers of PR! You are ruining our dreams.
