wreckers yard

would there be any chance of a wreckers yard with a flag hidden in the middle? perhaps this would be in one of the upcoming city maps for 0.7? there are alot of different static cars already made up so maybe they could be used and also some would have there doors open for cover along the corridors made of cars. some cars might even have both doors open so as infantry can sneak through. this would make things really interesting because it would cause close combat and if you find a good position you could dig yourself in real deep.

whell a wreckersyard or a junkyard sounds pretty kewl.
I would love to clear a smal maze of cars and rubble with my squad.
Ánd why wouldn't it be PR like? i love a little bit more close quarter battles as long as the long distance has the upper hand.

Because we don't feel the need to capture enemy junk yards.

If enemy were in a junkyard they'd bomb it not CQB it... it has no strategic importence

ok, ok, what if there was some sort of building in the middle. there r plenty of usless flags but we dont point that out. EJOD desert for one, why do we need a garden or ruin? another, cant remember the name. had a blackhawk crash site in a forrest as a flag. come on, it would make support kits like shredding machines in corridors

Garden and Ruin make good sheltered staging points.

I think you should go into Hammer and make yourself this map for CSS.

what if the junkyard were close to a mosque or somthing else of that importance? lol
i like the idea of CQB in a junkyard type setting but id like there to be some city with room clearing involved.

A junkyard might of strategic importance if it leads to another way into a city or something...

That's the junk yard flag from Road to Jalalabad...

could use one of those large sheds and have weapons caches hidden within for the insurgents

dam i loved that map. when i played BF2v though... but you got a point there. maybe it could be next to a flag with a hole in the fence leading into the flag.

[yaaa, for someone who doesnt play every game that comes out all these abbreviations of game names dont help. If youv played it then you know what it means. me on the other hand apart from this (WHICH F%*#ING ROCKS!!) i dont play many games.]

CQB = Close Quarters Battle (engagement of opposing forces in close proximity, usually in an urban or in door environmant.)

CS = Counter Strike (The epitome of a non realistic FPS 'first person shooter' game infested with hackers and all manner of internet low-life. No offense if you play this awful conglomeration of twisted code.)

PR = Project Reality (not perfect, but definately headed in the right direction for a game claiming realism. This game is the arch enemy of anyone who enjoys playing CS or anything remotely realistic. As far as realism this is probably the best mod in existence.)
