[Question] Surrounding Lightmaps?

I's started to lightmap my level. Now i've got working ingame primary lightmap but secondary terrain lightmaps dont appear ingame. In editor all looks fine because it uses editor/lightmaps files where surroundings are placed. Please tell me what I have to do or where I should place those files to have ingame surroundings working? I want to lightmap only terrain so I dont use lightmaps samples.

You can't do lightmaps on surrounding terrain, so you'll need to manually edit the surrounding textures to make them darker. There's some tools for exporting terrain tiles into one big .png (& then importing them back again), can't remember what they're called so do a search on bfeditor for terrain & photoshop or something.
Or you could just open the surrounding terrain .dds files into photoshop (should be 8 of them), darken them a bit & resave. If your editor is set to reload textures (check the options/preferences) then you can see an instant update, so you can keep tweaking/resaving until you get a good match.
Terrain looks great btw, keep up the good work!

tbh surrounding terrain looks always better if you just remove it
