Short Suggestions for you MODS

Great update fellas I'm really enjoying the mod. Here are my .02
-Remove the 10 sec penalty every time I run, walk, crouch, etc, with heavy AT. A 10 sec penalty between each shot is enough. The zoom is no longer an issue but is it really necessary to have so many delays?
-Make a TOW missile a commander asset with the same rules as AAA. Tanks have tremendous power now in PR, which is good. However, there should be more anti-tank options for infantry.
-Can we make tank barriers a commander asset?
-How about mortar tubes?
-There is too much dust kicking up when builders construct commander assets. The dust is lagging a lot of people.
-Could you create vehicle/armor repair/rearm stations at home flags? I'm thinking BF1942 days...
-The A-10 turns very slowly for me. Is it me or does it turn as well as a Wright Brothers aircraft? (Maybe it's my joystick, I don't know).
-The A-10 is very vulnerable to enemy jet machine gun fire but the missiles have very little effect on it. From the simulators I've flown, JANES books I've read, the A-10 has the OPPOSITE qualities. It can take a beating in regards to bullets hitting it but missiles lock on and destroy these things easily. The hog doesn't exactly have a subtle radar signature.
-Transport Vehicles (NOT APC), we need more of them with a shorter spawn time. A lot of people dislike large maps because of the walk.
