When trying to set a rally point you get 4(?) messages that will say there are too few men or too close to a flag. If you try 4 times, such as checking if enough guys are with you or whether they are close enough, or if you are good flag distance wise you get the "Read the rally point manual n00b" message even though you have satisfied all the criteria on that 5th attempt.

Please up the limit to 10 attempts to resolve this issue. It it the most frusterating thing in the game and is the #2 reason why I dislike being squad leader some times. I have quit the game about 3 times out of frustration over this. Or at least lower the timer to 10 seconds or so. 2 minutes is far too long to ask 3 guys to sit around.

Come on clypp... you have 2 rules. 100m from flag and 3 squad members 20m close. Not that hard to make sure you satisfy these 2 rules before executing the command.

Anyways... to help a little I did the following changes:

Lowered the spam penalty of kit and rally requests to 60s for 6 requests in a 30s interval.

Commander asset request spam penalty is the same but for 10 requests in the same period of time.

Can we make a thing that kills players who spawn SF and request sniper kits?

Or any kits, for that reason?
Because its idiotic, when your [insertkithere] guy gets shot and dies, cos he has no body armor due spawning as SF
Then again, I like picking up SF rifles with a kit, that has body armor

For RP, place yuor movement marker and then sit on it.
Tell your guys to spread out to 19m from the mark and 1 nade won't get you all and you don't look so obvious.

Squad leaders have a cross to bare in PR. First arm yourself with patience then form a squad.

You can easily see if you are outside of 100 meters of a flag though! Just look on the 3D map. And it shouldn't take more than 4 tries to have your guys within 20 meters of you. First try it doesn't work, tell your guys to get closer, and look around and see them get closer, then try again.

You shouldn't be trying to set a RP to find out if you are 100+ meters away from all flags when you can simple look at the flags and read the numbers.

Other than that, I sympathize with you about the spam limits, I pretty much doubled them all all in the PRL config and halved the wait times. But as dbzao posted, he's changing it based on your complaint so, woot
