Well, the brits don't have any AA.
I suggest the Rapier Missile:

Been suggested before. We're going to be modeling the SP Starstreak HVM (mounted on Alvis Stormer APC chassis). Starstreak HVM also has a tripod mounted multiple launcher similar to the ones in game already.

This supplant the current stationary AA?

I think they mean it'll be equivalent of USMC AA Bradley, since its the AA mounted on an APC body.

I made the suggestion b/c when the forums were upgrading there was a split second where you could see the DEV modeling forums. All I saw was "Rapier", but by the time I clicked it, it was gone.

The lightweight multiple launcher, probably, if we can find enough references.
The SP Starstreak / Stormer would be a mobile SAM, yes. Not really a true equivalent, though, since it has no cannons. The Starstreak HVM is also SACLOS laser-guided, so I'm not sure how we're going to implement it.
