Friendlys getting spotted as hostiles

I was playing kashan the otherday and I had just taken the tunguska when I noticed that I got a lockon on the MIG that was taxing on the runway, I could spot him as a hostile and he showed up as a red plane on my minimap.
The same thing happend a day or 2 earlier when I was in a tunguska again in the center of the map when a chopper flew straight over me, I got a lockon, Easy target I thought and was about to bust a cuple 100 caps in the cows *** when I remembered that I was Mec and the cow was a friendly chopper, this time I didnt have time to spot it to see if it would be marked as red on the map because the next second the cow swallowed a sabot round from an m1a2.
Im pretty sure that this is the same bug that was quite common in vBF, but I thought that one was fixed.
