I didn't saw a thread about it even I think it's already well known.

Evertime a server plays a map twice you can't spawn at a already spawned APCs or universal Rally Points at the beginning of the second round.
It's not happen to you if you didn't play the first round on this server.
You can solve the problem with a reconnect.

Yeah this bug realy sucks. Especially on big maps like Kashan because you cant spawn on the outposts so you cant use your Tanks.
