Legs under an APC?

On sunset city map, the USMC APC under the shed has a pair of legs sticking out in the middle of the APC. You can shoot them and blood splatters too.
I guess this is a bug?

I think, someone got in the APC and somehow died (no Crewman perhaps?) and his body got stuck through the APC with his legs sticking out the bottom
