how about letting SLs give orders to 1 member to their squad or hilight a group of 2/3 men and ordering them to do stuff

so like

You 2 move to mosque and the rest of us will give you cover

its just a bit better than wasting your energy typng all the orders in

Voip is the solution no typing needed, and its already in game ;)

I'd say, that giving specific orders to each player is hardcoded.

Ideally you need a mic so you can chat man, it's impossible to lead properly without. I have a hard enough time staying with my squad and issuing one order on the map nevermind several.

It's been discussed to death but I never really heard the verdict if it's possible to have several orders on screen for one squad though. I'd like it if there was some way of having a move marker AND an objective on screen at the same time. And if possible having the move marker as a macro or something, so you just have to press one button to move it, as opposed to using the rose. Maybe that's just me squad leading like I'm playing brothers in arms or something though...

Couldn't be any easier, better and real than VOIP.

I have played with SLs who were doing just the same using VOIP and map markers.

why cant u just say that over VoIP tho ? or use the current marker system for e.g

"you 2 move over here" *places marker*
"rest of ya move over here" *places new marker.

Yeah - quicker and easier over voip, saves clicking everywhere. Plus prolly hardcoded so you can't do it anyway.
